Job Opportunity: Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education seeks Director of Equity and Inclusion

The Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE) at Stanford University seeks a Director of Equity and Inclusion to serve as a strategist and leader on issues of equity and inclusion, focusing on our work with students. VPUE envisions this newly established position as an internal equity and inclusion consultant to the units and programs within VPUE. The Director of E&I would collaborate with program staff and assist units in ensuring that program policies, processes, and practices match VPUE principles of diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and belonging, in order to improve student experiences within our programs. In addition, the Director will serve as the Vice Provost's delegate to the university-wide IDEAL initiative, and will collaborate with directors of DEI and those in similar roles, in order to align VPUE's work with that of the university.
